Gwendolyn has been cooking and catering for over 28 years in a variety of venues from casinos and weddings to commercial restaurants and prepared meals for on-the-go families. Her passion for creating a happier world through creating one-of-a-kind taste experiences is what has driven her to start Catering by Gwendolyn. Early on, she recognized her passion could make the world a better place by creating lasting, happy memories and lifelong friendships, she has catered across the country and is excited to be serving the Denver Metro area.
Gwendolyn studied cooking at Forest Park, before finishing her studies at Le Cordon Bleu. Both schools have been rated the best culinary programs in Missouri.
Gwendolyn also brings expertise from catering events at Washington University, both for the school and for private events by the school’s elite. Boeing, Anheiser Busch, and St. Louis University have also raved about her delicious dishes.
